Our customers are **passenger transportation companies and their clients**, and the role focuses on monitoring platform usage, providing after-sales support, and identifying improvements to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * Provide after-sales customer support remotely and in person * Serve **passenger transportation companies and their clients**, who are platform users * Conduct **follow-up on tickets and requests until resolution** * Monitor **customer satisfaction and experience metrics** * Identify and resolve **technical or operational issues related to platform usage** * Prepare **tracking reports** * Support customer training on **platform usage for operations management** * Collaborate with internal departments (**Support, Procurement, and Sales**) * Contribute to **improving customer service and experience processes** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$3,037.70 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Sorocaba, SP
