Mid-level to senior professional with autonomy to perform configurations. **Job Objective** Perform system configuration and validation, data analysis, and management support to ensure integrity, availability, and compliance of laboratory information. **Main Responsibilities** * Configure tests, reference values, report templates, and repeat rules within the laboratory information system. * Rigorously test each change in the user acceptance testing (UAT) environment prior to production release, documenting all changes per quality methodology and standards. * Collect and extract raw data for report generation. * Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis and propose improvements to systemic processes. * Serve as Level 2 support for complex questions regarding system workflows impacting technical operations. * Conduct system usage training. * Act as the primary point of contact between IT, Commercial, and Business units. **Mandatory Requirements** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biology, IT, or related fields. **Experience:** Prior experience in laboratory operations involving system validation or support of healthcare systems. **Excel:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of SQL for data extraction. * Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred). * Postgraduate degree in Process Management, Quality, or Health Informatics. **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail * Logical reasoning * Proactivity * Assertive communication **Expected Seniority Level** Mid-level to senior professional capable of: * Performing critical configurations independently. * Validating processes with maturity and without constant supervision. * Serving as a subject matter expert for system training. **Suggested Performance Indicators** * Timely delivery of assigned tasks. * Compliance of validation records during internal quality audits. * Reduction of operational rework. * Reduction in report correction rates, test delays, and sample recollections.
