




Job Summary: Responsible for selecting, preparing, packaging, and displaying perishable products, maintaining the area clean and organized, as well as serving customers and assisting with inventory control. Preparation and Display * Select products, verifying expiration dates and quality. * Prepare products for sale, which may include deboning, slicing, chopping, or seasoning. * Package and label products. * Restock counters, shelves, and other display equipment. Organization and Cleaning * Maintain the perishables area clean and sanitized, following regulations. * Organize display cases and the work area. Control and Service * Provide customer service. * Verify proper operation of scales and identify tare control issues. * Assist with product inventory, if required.
