Maintain equipment in perfect working condition, perform technical maintenance, general cleaning, supervise third parties when solving problems beyond our scope, conduct frequent tests and inspections of safety devices, maintain visual appearance, lighting at the site, and implementation, thereby aiming for customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and duties** **1 Operation** Perform operational servicing of PCs to: replenish supplies, paper and air filters, replace consumables and parts outside the safe, download applications, inspect PCs to verify they are in perfect condition, supervise suppliers during technical repairs, configure software, and keep the site's visual communication up to date. Take care of the vehicle (car/motorcycle), respecting its technical specifications and required maintenance according to current regulations, as well as遵守 traffic laws and use of mandated PPE. **2 Technical Maintenance** Repair/replacement of intra and extra safe components that present equipment failures, identified through technical knowledge. Request parts from Logistics through system tools (ETA) and transporters. **3 Third-Party Supervision** Authorize access to the site so that the maintenance responsible (which may be the telecommunications concessionaire, contractor, company maintaining the safe door, or ATM manufacturer) can perform the necessary repair. **4 Testing and Inspection of Safety Devices** Always remain attentive to equipment safety devices, checking whether they have been tampered with or subjected to any fraudulent attempts. For this purpose, we use technical knowledge about system operation and a test template, performing maintenance whenever necessary. **5 Visual Appearance Maintenance** Ensure proper signage and lighting at sites, as well as their visual aspects such as paint, stickers, dirt, etc., using cleaning materials and replacement parts, and engaging contractors when tasks exceed my responsibilities. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education** Professional high school degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent **Desirable** Experience in field technical maintenance services. **Mandatory class B driver's license** **Knowledge** Test instruments, service ticket management systems, computer networks Competencies Readiness, autonomy, initiative, resilience, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills Availability to work on a 5x2 schedule (weekends and holidays). **Additional information** Integrated Services TecBan was born from experience managing the largest ATM network by withdrawal volume, Banco24Horas.
