Job Summary: We are seeking a technical leader for innovation and acceleration within the Platform Area, building tools and solutions that multiply productivity through AI, automation, and DevEx. Key Highlights: 1. Build the Primo Group's DevEx platform from scratch 2. Direct influence on the architecture of all products 3. Implement AI initiatives that will impact hundreds of developers We are currently looking for a professional to serve as the technical leader for innovation and acceleration in the Platform Area, building tools, platforms, and solutions that multiply the productivity of all engineering teams across the Primo Group—leveraging AI, intelligent automation, exceptional developer experience, and security. **Responsibilities** 1\. DevEx Architecture and Reference * Implement and optimize the Developer Experience platform (Backstage, Port, or similar). * Build internal tools that accelerate development (CLI, portals, automations). * Define solution architectures for complex platform problems. * Establish architectural standards consumable by all teams. * Lead strategic DevEx and innovation initiatives. * Evaluate and select technologies and tools for the platform ecosystem. 2\. AI as a Performance Accelerator * Implement AI solutions to optimize engineering processes. * Build custom assistants and copilots tailored to the Primo Group context. * Develop intelligent automations (code review, test generation, code analysis). * Implement ML-based recommendations (rightsizing, pipeline optimization). * Integrate LLMs and AI tools into development workflows. * Measure AI impact on productivity metrics (DORA, DevEx, savings). 3\. Enablement and Knowledge Multiplication * Deliver tech talks and workshops on AI, architecture, and DevEx. * Provide technical mentorship to DevOps and SRE teams on advanced solutions. * Document architectural standards and technical decisions (ADRs). * Build proof-of-concepts and validate technical feasibility. * Present results in monthly reviews and all-hands meetings.
