**Position: Laboratory Analyst I – Hematology** **Location:** Biomega Diagnóstica **About the opportunity:** We are seeking a Laboratory Analyst I to work in the Hematology department, performing analyses, reviewing and releasing results, ensuring quality and accuracy in laboratory tests. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform and supervise hematological tests, such as complete blood counts, reticulocyte counts, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), hemoglobin electrophoresis, and leukocyte differential counts; * Review, validate and release results with traceability and compliance with quality standards; * Monitor internal and external controls, identify deviations and implement corrective actions; * Perform calibration and validation of reagents and equipment; * Carry out simple preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment; * Monitor performance indicators and suggest improvements in analytical routines; * Ensure proper preparation, storage and disposal of samples; * Guide and support technical staff regarding procedures and good laboratory practices; * Participate in training sessions, audits and technical meetings; * Comply with current regulations and standards (RDC 302/2005 and ISO 15189\). **Requirements:** * Previous experience in clinical hematology routine, preferably in medium to large-sized laboratories; * Knowledge of automated equipment (Sysmex XN9100, Alifax T1 2\.0, Stago Evolution, Cobas C513, Variant II – Biorad, Wadiana Compact – Grifols); * Experience interpreting quality controls, performing basic equipment maintenance, calibration and reagent validation; * Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and good technical documentation practices; * Desirable experience in training technical teams; * Experience in slide reading. **Work schedule:** 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 6x1 shift (alternating weekends and holidays) **Benefits:** * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance * Medical and dental insurance (Amil) * Tuition assistance * TotalPass * Partnership with SESC * Corporate University Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
