Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring technical delivery excellence and customer satisfaction by scheduling and performing vehicle deliveries, inspecting vehicles, and guiding customers. Assists in vehicle preparation and transportation between branches **Mission:** Ensure technical delivery excellence, guaranteeing that all vehicles are delivered according to the manufacturer's quality standards and providing customers with a comprehensive and satisfying experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Schedule technical vehicle deliveries (at dealership and/or off-site); * Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (clean, polished, and with accessories installed); * Register warranty and transportation damage processes on the manufacturer's portal; * Request showroom vehicle preparation; * Perform technical delivery to customers, including all necessary guidance; * Collect all signatures related to the delivery process; * Assist in **vehicle preparation** and transportation between branches. **Hard Skills** * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; * Knowledge of technical delivery processes; * Familiarity with warranty systems and manufacturer portals; **Soft Skills** * Strong verbal communication skills; * Agility and dynamism; * Empathy and customer service focus; * Organization and attention to detail; * Ability to convey information clearly. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license. **About the Position** * Salary: Fixed * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday * Lunch break: 1 hour and 40 minutes * Meal voucher: R$ 15.00 per day (optional to bring lunch from home) * Medical and dental assistance (monthly premiums borne by employee) * Gym membership program via Wellhub * University tuition partnership * SESC membership Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License Requirement: Class B * Transportation allowance * Meal ticket * Dental assistance * Medical assistance / Group medicine * Pharmacy partnership
