Directly assist the press operator in running offset presses, ensuring jobs run stably, with quality and without bottlenecks. Operate the press autonomously in the press operator’s absence, maintaining production continuity and meeting deadlines. Perform fine technical adjustments on **Roland, Rekord and Favorit** presses according to each production order’s specifications. Prepare and pre-stage materials, plates, inks, varnishes and consumables, ensuring production starts without delays or improvisation. Carry out wash-ups, ink changes, cylinder and plate replacements, preventing color contamination and quality deviations. Support preventive maintenance of presses, safeguarding proper operation, safety and equipment lifespan. Monitor production performance indicators, contributing to efficiency gains and waste reduction. Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace, strictly adhering to quality standards and internal procedures. Collaborate closely with the production team, reinforcing a culture of collaboration, operational discipline and results orientation. **What we expect from you:** Proven experience as an Official Offset Operator, especially on Roland, Rekord and Favorit presses. Solid technical knowledge of adjustments, calibrations and operation of these presses. Extreme attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control and color accuracy. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus, organization and productivity. Proficiency in interpreting production orders and technical specifications. Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance (a competitive advantage). Availability to work rotating shifts, as required by production demand.
