Join FARM! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the team in customer service by sharing engaging information about products, collections, and the brand’s story; * Assist customers in-store by helping them locate items, sizes, and styling options, making service more efficient; * Safeguard the in-store experience, promoting the brand’s culture; * Participate in store organization and product restocking, following Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and fashion production guidelines; * Place identification and price labels on gondolas and/or shelves; * Support the team in checking and receiving merchandise; * Assist in inspecting garments to ensure they remain in perfect condition, organizing inventory and flagging any need for restocking or adjustments; * Remain open to developing new skills—with curiosity, lightness, and a strong drive to make things happen! **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong communication skills, with kindness in speaking and active listening; * Proficiency with digital tools and social media is a plus; * Must be between 14 and 23 years old (the upper age limit does not apply to persons with disabilities); * Must have completed high school or be currently enrolled in night classes. **Additional Information** **Commercial Team Members at FARM are entitled to:** * Transportation allowance; * For your well-being and quality of life: Wellhub: physical wellness platform; Wellz: mental health and well-being platform; Medical and dental assistance, available upon enrollment fee and co-payment based on usage; Extended parental leave policy: 180 days for mothers, 20 days for fathers. * Birthday day off; * And the best part: discounts on FARM clothing and accessories, as well as other brands under the AZZAS Group.
