Join a team that prioritizes human ingenuity and fosters a workforce where technology elevates people (not the other way around), freeing them for more creative thinking and exciting work. **The Role: Inside Sales Account Representative** * Manage a high volume of accounts; perform upsell/cross\-sell/activate existing and new accounts * Retain and grow revenue within your accounts * Develop an understanding of our partners’ business objectives and transform data into compelling narratives and actionable insights to help them succeed * Collaborate with the sales team to develop, maintain, and expand relationships * Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership * Work with the client’s business segment, handling small- to medium-sized opportunities * Lead qualification and multiple stages of the sales cycle through negotiations This position is hybrid and requires working onsite several days per week at our Barueri offices. **Basic Qualifications:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree; * Prior experience in inside sales with emphasis on outbound and inbound calls; * Experience in goal-based selling, with impact on performance, goal attainment, and promotions; * Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications;
