We know only a motivated and collaborative team can deliver excellence. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or exact sciences (Production, Mechanical, Logistics); * Software: AutoCAD (intermediate/advanced), BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI), and Microsoft Office Suite; * Specific Knowledge: Time-and-motion study (Chronoanalysis), MTM (Methods\-Time Measurement), Theory of Constraints, and Project Management (PMBOK/Agile). * Methodologies: Proficiency in PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, and anomaly diagnosis tools. * Availability for occasional travel; * Availability for hybrid work in Cajamar/SP (3 days onsite per week). **Responsibilities:** * Time and Motion Studies (Chronoanalysis): Conduct detailed process assessments (e.g., receiving, sorting, dispatch) to define productivity standards and identify bottlenecks (as observed in Simplex and OEE projects in documentation). * Capacity Planning: Develop capacity models (Capacity Planning) for XDs and Agencies, defining headcount (HC) and equipment requirements based on volume forecasts. * Logistics Layout Design: Design and optimize physical goods flow (Layout 2\.0\) using tools such as AutoCAD/DWG to ensure linearity and reduce unnecessary movement. * Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Lead VSM workshops to identify waste and design transformation roadmaps for operational units. * Project and CAPEX Management: Structure Business Cases (BC) for acquiring new technologies (conveyors, sorters, unitizers) and oversee physical implementation and performance ramp\-up. * Operational Standardization: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI), ensuring governance through Gemba Walks and audits. **Benefits:** * Meal and food allowance via Flash card or on-site cafeteria (rules subject to regional policy and current guidelines); * Transportation allowance, with up to 6% salary deduction, and route planning handled by a specialized company according to the address provided by the Logger; * Health Insurance: Monthly premium fully covered by Loggi, with co-payment for basic exams and consultations, including coverage for children up to age 21 (or up to age 24 if enrolled in university); * Dental Insurance: 100% covered by Loggi, including coverage for children up to age 21 (or up to age 24 if enrolled in university); * Remote work allowance: For those working remotely or in hybrid mode; * Daycare allowance for children up to age 5; * Allowance for child with disability: Subject to documentation, validated CID report, and approval/other; * Maternity/Paternity leave: 6 months for mothers and 20 days for fathers; * Pharmacy benefit: Subsidy with discounts at accredited pharmacy networks across Brazil; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to various gyms, sports, and classes; * Support through partnerships for physical and mental health care; * Galena: Exclusive educational discounts and scholarships across numerous courses offered by institutions nationwide (benefit extended to Loggers’ children and spouses); * Payroll-deducted loan (eligible after 3 months of employment); * Loggi 4Free: Send your own packages with us (capped at R$ 200/month); * (If applicable) Incentive program (PLR or Bonus) per current policy, with rules applied according to position seniority.
