Job Summary:
The professional will monitor logistics trips, record incidents, communicate with customers and carriers, ensure system tracking, and prepare performance reports.

* Monitor logistics operation vehicle trips, identifying delays, issues, or deviations from standard procedures.
* Record all incidents and irregularities encountered during trips in the system.
* Maintain contact with customers, carriers, and pickup/delivery points to inform them about delays, early arrivals, breakdowns, or any impact on scheduling.
* Ensure all trips are properly tracked in the system.
* Submit preventive monitoring requests (SMP) to track vehicle location and messages in real time.
* Participate in meetings with coordination and supervision teams to align processes with customer requirements.
* Organize and hand over operational information to the next shift, ensuring work continuity.
* Prepare reports and dashboards containing operational performance indicators.
* Develop and update internal manuals and procedures.
* Conduct internal audits to identify process failures.
* Monitor and ensure correction of non-conformities.
* Deliver training and refresher courses for Advanced Post teams, as needed.
* Control and monitor operational risks (PGRs and DDRs).
* Support planning and management of performance indicators.
* Assist in analyzing incident and non-conformity reports.
* Ensure proper access control to systems, preventing password sharing.
Requirements:
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in spreadsheets;
* Basic knowledge of domestic logistics and cargo transportation;
* Availability to work on a 5x2 schedule — from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
