Responsible for selling service contracts for analytical instrumentation, serving as the primary interface between the company and the customer throughout the entire sales cycle.
This position focuses on managing the Southern Brazil territory, with responsibilities covering both customer retention and new business prospecting, ensuring long-term relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage accounts and serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the company
* Operate within the Southern territory \- Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, and Santa Catarina
* Develop new business and retain existing contracts
* Market service contracts alongside other offerings in the portfolio
* Lead the full sales cycle: lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, contract closing, and activation
* Conduct frequent customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify needs
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the service team and area managers
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey
* Manage the sales pipeline and commercial activities in Salesforce, maintaining disciplined activity logging and expense reporting
* Plan and organize the sales routine to serve both current and prospective customers
* Contribute to forecast accuracy and achievement of sales targets
**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields
* Must reside in Curitiba/PR or Porto Alegre/RS
* Experience in account management, consultative sales, and territory development
* Field-based experience with frequent customer visits
* Willingness to travel
* Advanced English proficiency
**Additional Details**
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
