This role involves managing sales forecasts, tracking pipelines, analyzing forecast accuracy versus actual results, and collaborating with account managers and corporate teams to increase occupancy (lease-up) rates and identify market opportunities. The analyst prepares reports for the International Capital Investment Committee (ICIC), conducts profitability analyses, and delivers timely market insights to support strategic decision-making.** ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * ### **Develop a deep understanding of the operator’s commercial processes, gather information, and prepare sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and forecast-versus-actual analyses—with focus on a specific market—under the supervision of the Leasing and Site Analytics Manager.** * ### **Provide accurate and timely analyses to support Commercial leadership in directing leasing activities and promoting leasing opportunities to customers.** * ### **Collaborate closely with Corporate office teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase occupancy rates in markets.** * ### **Prepare and submit ICIC reports, including leasing pipeline profitability analyses.** * ### **Provide local teams and Corporate Planning and Analytics teams with analyses and/or information to support pricing discussions and other commercial negotiations.** * ### **Extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Integrate disparate data points into SBA’s data repositories and create new reports as needed.** * ### **Extract and deliver ad hoc information and reports upon request to support business operations.** * ### **Assist in developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and information quality.** ### **What You Should Have:** * ### **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.** * ### **Experience in leasing operations, real estate analysis, commercial pipeline management, forecasting, and market analysis.** * ### **Advanced knowledge of Corporate Finance, Excel, and analytics and reporting tools.** * ### **Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and prepare reports and presentations for leadership.** * ### **Familiarity with market research and local market dynamics.** * ### **Analytical profile, detail-oriented, with critical thinking, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills.** * ### **Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in multifunctional, multicultural environments under multiple demands.** * ### **Experience in multinational or multiregional environments (preferred).** * ### **Willingness to travel as required.** * ### **Advanced English — will be assessed during the interview.** ### **Benefits Offered:** * ### **Meal and food allowance;** * ### **Medical and dental assistance;** * ### **Life insurance;** * ### **Wellhub;** * ### **English course reimbursement;** * ### **Childcare allowance;** * ### **Lyra (Employee Assistance Program);** * ### **Profit Sharing Plan (PLR);** * ### **And others.** ### **\#LI\-VG1**
