Only education transforms! **As a Senior Project Analyst, your responsibilities will include:** Developing and monitoring project plans, ensuring execution within schedule and budget; Supporting feasibility analysis for large-scale projects and assessing organizational change impacts; Leading the execution of corporate projects, ensuring compliance with requirements; Reviewing and formalizing processes, and conducting analyses to identify improvement opportunities; Ensuring development and maintaining detailed documentation of projects and organizational processes; Facilitating training sessions and workshops for teams involved in projects and processes; Collaborating on defining metrics and KPIs for performance evaluation; Supporting preparation of executive reports on project status. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Life Insurance **Required Qualifications:** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Essential Requirements:** Availability for on-site work; Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); Experience in project, process, or governance management; Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies such as Kanban, Monday, and Planner. **Desirable Qualifications:** Intermediate or advanced proficiency in creating dashboards using Power BI; Experience with projects in the Education Sector; Specialization, certifications, and/or courses relevant to the role. **About the Company:** Founded in 1956 with the goal of promoting inclusion and social development, Fundação Bradesco provides free, high-quality education to thousands of people.
