Continuous operational work involving physical effort **Job Description:** We are looking for a Baler Operator to handle PET scrap compression. The professional will be responsible for operating the machine, correctly sorting materials, and ensuring bale weighing and organization, maintaining operational quality and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate a baler to compress PET scraps * Sort materials by type (PET, PS, PP) * Weigh bales and perform basic weight control * Properly tie, label, and store bales * Feed the machine with organized material * Keep the workplace clean and organized * Assist with loading and unloading when necessary **Job Requirements:** * Role requiring physical effort and manual handling of loads * Willingness for continuous operational work required **Qualifications:** * Experience with balers or in recycling areas is a plus * Proactivity and responsibility **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 2.100,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Food basket * Breakfast provided at the company Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
