Job Summary: A junior legal professional to assist in internal control and supervision, ensuring compliance and process improvement under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal control systems. 2. Monitor activity compliance and assist in KYC/KYP/KYE/KYS processes. 3. Structure and analyze contracts to reduce institutional risks. The Internal Control Agent is responsible for assisting in the control and supervision of the company's internal activities, ensuring adherence to regulations and procedures. This professional works at a junior level under supervision, contributing to process improvement and prevention of irregularities. A legal professional responsible for assisting the Head of Internal Controls in implementing and maintaining internal control systems compatible with Fidúcia’s nature, size, operational complexity, structure, risk profile, and business model, as stipulated in CMN Resolution No. 4,968 dated 11/25/2021. * Study and understand all laws and regulations governing Fidúcia SCM’s structure and activities. * Assist in monitoring compliance across all institutional activities, analyzing its departments and employees. * Assist in the institution’s Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Partner (KYP), Know Your Employee (KYE), and Know Your Service Provider (KYS) processes, issuing risk assessments—including conducting searches in State Courts to verify the existence of judicial proceedings that may expose the institution to risk, even if solely reputational. * Draft and assist in implementing and maintaining institutional policies and workflows. * Monitor judicial proceedings in which the institution is a party, assessing associated risks while observing deadlines for responses and actions required to safeguard the institution’s integrity. * Structure and analyze contracts for products and services provided by Fidúcia SCM, aiming to reduce institutional exposure to risks. * Assist in collecting information for preparing and structuring responses to official requests from Public Authorities.
