Responsibilities and duties: ***Your daily routine at Moura:*** * Conducts market segmentation research through customer visits, applying standardized forms. * Performs fieldwork with prospects (customer acquisition) and inactive customers (reactivation), visiting potential customers, presenting products, and describing battery features and advantages. Completes customer registration using standardized forms. * Evaluates planning against achieved results by analyzing sales volume per customer relative to the plan. * Covers sales territories during colleagues’ vacations or in uncovered areas; the trainee prospecting customers, develops sales plans, sells batteries, provides battery maintenance services, implements merchandising activities at points of sale (PDV), conducts post-sales follow-up with area customers, and performs basic vehicle inspections and maintenance. * Ensures effective use of the Moura Management System. Develops action plans for improvement goals and guarantees execution of those plans, anomaly resolution, and procedures through Corporate Management; participates in cadence meetings and result presentations.
