Civil repairs on ceilings, doors, and walls Building Maintenance Technician Location: Barueri – SP Responsibilities: Electrical maintenance: distribution panels, circuits, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, measurements, and minor installations; Air conditioning: cleaning components, applying bactericide, and verifying operational performance; Civil maintenance: repairs on ceilings, doors, walls, painting, and support for events; Plumbing: cleaning drains and pipes, replacing and tightening faucets, valves, and similar fixtures.
