




Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, verifying, and validating tax documents; entering accounts into the financial system; managing due dates; and organizing the payment flow. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and validate various tax documents 2. Perform bank reconciliations and statement control 3. Support monthly financial closing * Receive, verify, and validate tax documents (invoices, bills, invoices, and various receipts). * Enter accounts into the financial system, classifying expenses and ensuring correct cost centers. * Manage due dates and organize the payment flow to prevent delays. * Schedule and execute payments via banks (TED, PIX, bills, transfers, and automatic debit). * Perform bank reconciliations and maintain control over statements, balances, and transactions. * Monitor employee advances and reimbursements, verifying supporting documentation. * Support monthly financial closing, ensuring all entries are recorded. * Maintain organized physical or digital files of financial and tax documents. * Assist suppliers by answering questions regarding payments, invoices, and deadlines. * Report discrepancies and support internal and external audits. * Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and accounts payable metrics.
