Process standardization and participation in logistics projects **Job Description:** ---------------------- Monitor, analyze, and track logistics department performance indicators (KPIs). Develop, update, and present management reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Structure, document, and standardize administrative logistics processes, ensuring traceability and organization of information. Draft, review, and maintain departmental policies, operational procedures, and work instructions. Support the development, tracking, and control of logistics department goals. Actively participate in the planning, development, and execution of projects, monitoring schedules, deadlines, and deliverables. Use Asana for task management, project tracking, and schedule monitoring. Perform administrative controls, including verification and tracking of commissions and operational records. Attend meetings with the Logistics Directorate, record minutes and decisions, structure action plans, and execute defined tasks.
