Come join our team as a **Junior Human Resources Analyst**! **Responsibilities:** * Support in payroll processing * Onboarding, vacation, and termination procedures * Recruitment and selection * Support in training processes * Document and file management * Support for leaders and employees **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (CLT) * Basic knowledge of eSocial and Digital FGTS * Entry-level payroll processing experience * Basic understanding of labor calculations * Experience in the recruitment and selection process—from resume screening to onboarding of new hires * Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., TOTVS, Senior, ADP, LG, Metadados, etc.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially basic/intermediate Excel) **Location: Itabirito**
