




Job Summary: Identify, design, and adapt integrated ICT, IoT, and Telecom solutions to meet customers’ specific needs, ensuring scalability and alignment with commercial strategy. Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge on technological innovations ### **Responsibilities** * Conduct customer needs assessments * Drive sales jointly with consultants; * Develop project documentation, including technical requirements for optimal solutions and their respective costs for delivery and customer support * Prepare proposals for complex solutions (medium and high complexity), including technical requirements for optimal solutions and their respective costs for delivery and customer support. * Resolve technical queries from Consultants regarding ICT/IoT/Telecom products (in case of doubts, the Architect must consult the product ecosystem team, suppliers, engineering teams (network, last mile, capacity), etc.) * Engage the product ecosystem team, suppliers, engineering teams, etc., in the development of complex projects * Continuously update the team’s knowledge on ICT/IoT/Telecom solutions, leveraging internal expertise as well as insights from the product ecosystem, partners, and engineering teams * Stay updated on market technological innovations and introduce them as opportunities for new business at Algar * Support the sales force during prospecting of new opportunities and, if necessary, participate directly— including in-person—in business meetings to assist with customer needs assessments. * Perform economic and financial evaluations of developed solutions for customers, following Algar-defined premises, and present commercial terms to the sales force, such as: (monthly value, installation fee, contractual term, proposal...). Use the official pricing tool (planner) Collaborate with Marketing (pricing) and the Product Ecosystem team (costs) to evaluate special pricing Work within the sales CRM (currently Algar CRM) on the following activities: project qualification (in cases where initial involvement is absent), project development, scope statement; Handle upgrade solutions involving changes to defined scope or/and significant values (≥ R$ 10,000) Handle downgrade solutions involving changes to defined scope (for major clients and complex solutions) Specific knowledge within the Architect’s service scope will be leveraged as internal multipliers Collaborate with Finance in building BPs for BIG Deals Collaborate with Procurement/Supply Chain to reduce costs for specific projects Collaborate with the Engineering team (certification) for new equipment required by the market Be available for potential commercial/technical certifications as requested by the Product Ecosystem team; ### **Education** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
