This opportunity could be yours! **Responsibilities:** Coordinate, supervise, develop, and guide the nursing team, ensuring correct execution of clinical procedures and support for medical actions. Plan departmental activities, define goals and allocate tasks, ensuring quality of care, humanized service delivery, and effectiveness of nursing care provided to clients/patients served by the institution; knowledge of clinical protocols, patient safety, and people management; Ensure quality of nursing care through continuous supervision, monitoring of satisfaction/NPS indices, and tracking of quality indicators. Encourage and monitor team participation in institutional and recommended training programs, contributing to maintaining conditions favorable for delivering safe, effective, and appropriate care; manage resources, materials, supplies, and equipment; Coordinate the nursing team through staffing assessment and reallocation, resolution of diverse team issues, approval of work schedules and vacations, monitoring of team development, and technical procedure supervision in specific situations; Disseminate the institution’s mission, vision, and principles whenever appropriate in shared spaces with the nursing team; monitor health indicator trends and implement corrective actions as needed; report to the Nursing Management/Directorate, serving as a technical and strategic reference for the supervisory team.
