Description: * High school diploma; * Technical education in construction preferred; * Availability to work in Londrina – PR; * Supervise the activities of site workers. * Study the work to be carried out, interpreting project drawings and blueprints. * Assess the need for labor, materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring work quality and safety. * Instruct general helpers or laborers on the best methods to perform tasks and avoid waste. * Assign tasks to workers, considering the specifications of each task to achieve maximum efficiency in construction execution. * Arrange for cleaning, repair, maintenance, and/or replacement of tools and equipment, as needed, ensuring normal operations and work efficiency. * Monitor work execution and provide information to superiors according to the quality management system guidelines. * Manage workers to maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite. * Perform other related duties or those assigned by the immediate supervisor. 251220020255188098
