Your responsibilities include: * Supporting the planning and execution of Line Haul routes, considering SLAs, vehicle availability, and operational priorities; * Acting as the point of contact between cross docking and transportation operations, ensuring alignment on time windows, shipping priorities, and contingencies; * Interacting with logistics partners (3PLs) to monitor performance, resolve incidents, and align schedules and capacities; * Supporting yard management and dock operations, contributing to smooth and safe vehicle movement; * Performing performance indicator (KPI) analyses, proposing corrective actions, and supporting data-driven decision making; * Assisting the team in maintaining operational governance processes, such as vehicle occupancy control, forecast adherence, and trend monitoring; * Participating in developing solutions and improvements for digitalization, traceability, and operational control; * Ensuring data accuracy in transportation systems and supporting communication with internal teams during critical situations.
