We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to work **on-site at a GPSTEC client in the Gavião Peixoto region**. This professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic security systems, providing direct customer support and ensuring continuity and efficiency of contracted services. **Responsibilities and duties** **ACTIVITIES:** Perform daily maintenance services such as: * Identify, diagnose and resolve system faults in contracts; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic security systems (alarm panels, networks, software and CCTV); * **Alarms:** Maintain residential or corporate alarm systems; * **CCTV:** Configure and maintain analog, digital and IP camera systems; * **IP Protocol:** Configure cameras and equipment using IP addressing and basic networking techniques; * **Networking:** Possess basic knowledge of router and switch configuration, structured cabling; * **IT:** Install software, provide basic IT support, configure devices such as DVRs/NVRs; * Maintain control and record of activities using GPST software; * Maintain good customer relations and act as the primary contact responsible for service, feedback and contract routines; **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Electronics, Mechatronics or Industrial Automation required; * Additional courses in CCTV systems, access control, alarms and networks; * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety Standards (NR\-10, NR\-35, etc.); * Availability to work in the field; * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team; * Ability to quickly solve technical problems. * Valid driver's license category B **Additional information** * Meal allowance: R$33.00 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Gym partnership; * Sesc membership; #### **With extensive experience and long-standing presence in the market, GPS TEC is a leading reference in electronic security.
