




**Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment; * Identify failures, analyze root causes, and propose solutions to optimize equipment performance; * Carry out adjustments, repairs, and replacement of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical components; * Monitor operational tests following interventions to ensure operational reliability; * Support the installation, assembly, and disassembly of machines and devices; * Complete technical maintenance reports, documenting performed activities and improvement needs; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and maintain organization of work areas and equipment; * Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement to reduce costs and increase efficiency; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields; * Valid CFT (Technical Safety Certificate); * Knowledge of reading technical schematics, electrical and mechanical systems; * Ability to effectively solve problems, work independently and collaboratively, and communicate clearly; * Experience in paint booth maintenance is a plus; **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
