Company Overview: If technology, for you, exists to improve life's journey, it does so for our team as well: Your Journey, Our Path. We believe in technology that connects talented people with what they do best and embraces diversity to create and share even the paths we (still!) don’t yet know exist. We work to generate value—not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and society at large—by improving people’s lives through services that simplify their daily routines—whether mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay). To simplify the lives of millions of people every day, since 2018 we have been part of DiDi Global Inc., the world’s largest ride-hailing and mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in developing innovative solutions born in Brazil that scale globally to deliver positive impact across more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. These innovations span sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more. Whether building projects from scratch or refining our existing solutions, we embrace challenges that give us butterflies in our stomach—and that’s why we operate at a fast pace, grounded in respect, collaboration, and good humor. On this journey, we also grow stronger by embracing diverse experiences and perspectives, learning together, failing quickly, learning, and adjusting our path to build solutions that yield ever-better results. #LI-Hybrid Team Overview: We’re looking for a Logistics Account Manager passionate about challenges, exceptionally organized, and deeply results-oriented. Performance Management and Consulting * Manage relationships with LO owners and managers, acting as the “account manager.” * Conduct periodic management rituals (e.g., weekly/monthly performance review meetings), presenting results and performance diagnostics. * Develop and monitor action plans (PDCA) to correct indicator deviations. * Ensure partner adherence to the company’s quality standards and compliance requirements. B. C. Data Intelligence and Analysis * Monitor operational KPIs and fleet lifecycle metrics (onboarding, engagement, churn) on a daily basis. * Translate raw dashboard data into actionable business insights to guide LO decision-making. Role Qualifications: * Experience: Prior experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery, transportation management, or franchise/partner management. * Analytical Profile: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation). SQL knowledge. BI tool familiarity (Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase) is a plus. * Problem Solving: Ability to interpret poor performance metrics, investigate root causes, and propose practical solutions. * Influence and Negotiation: Skill in diplomatically and collaboratively holding third-party partners accountable for results, building long-term relationships. * Availability: This role is predominantly field-based (partner visits). Candidates must be available for frequent travel within the operational region. * Resilience: Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments (typical of retail/logistics). EEO Statement: * We Create Value for Users — We exist to deliver the best for our users and innovate to stay ahead. We always deliver on our commitments and pursue excellence in execution—setting high standards and giving our absolute best in everything we do. * We Always Build Together — Together, we are stronger. We keep open minds and row forward with mutual respect, empathy, and trust. We listen to everyone before making decisions—and once a decision is made, we honor our commitments collectively, even if we disagree. * We Are Integrous — Integrity is our foundation—the line we never cross. We communicate honestly and transparently, listen to all voices, and always do what’s right. * We Develop One Another — Our growth comes from constantly stepping outside our comfort zones. We embrace challenges, surpass ourselves, and pursue excellence in all we do. From day one, we grow—and help those around us grow too—raising our collective bar. * We Work with Passion & Fun — We are deeply passionate about what we do. We maintain a light, optimistic spirit, infusing our environment with positive energy. We are resilient, unafraid of challenges, and always celebrate our successes. * We Live Diversity — For us, the heart of diversity is inclusion, equity, and respect. We believe diversity fosters a more creative and energetic environment—so we celebrate differences, and everyone here can truly be themselves. **Diversity and Inclusion** Diversity is not a vision of the future or a wish for something we hope to become someday—it is a non-negotiable value of who we are today. We live inclusion, plurality, and respect—and to support this, we rely on governance from our Diversity Committee, working closely with HR, leadership, and identity-based groups: 99Adapta, 99Afro, 99Cores, 99Mulheres, and 99Famílias.
