MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain the unit’s gardens and lawns. * Perform planting and replanting of trees, as well as fertilizing them. * Mow lawns using appropriate equipment. * Water, prune, and clean plant pots located in both indoor and outdoor areas of the unit, as well as clean courtyards. * Operate brush cutters to mow garden lawns. * Collect all green waste and ensure proper disposal. * Request maintenance for gardening equipment when necessary. * Properly utilize systems and resources provided by the company to perform assigned tasks in accordance with established norms and procedures.
