




Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in management-related fields; * Proven administrative and commercial experience; * Experience in leadership, performance indicators, and team management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work during business hours; * Experience managing gas stations is a plus; * Strong communication skills and customer service experience. Responsibilities: * Perform commercial duties with a results-oriented focus, aiming to increase sales at the fuel pumps and convenience store; * Manage daily operations of the gas station and convenience store, maintaining constant on-site presence; * Lead fuel pump and convenience store teams; * Oversee fuel deliveries and conduct inventory counts and controls; * Monitor goals, performance indicators, and team performance; * Conduct alignment and guidance meetings with staff; * Manage administrative and financial routines, including accountability reporting; * Verify and monitor invoices, cash handling, and internal controls; * Supervise convenience store inventory, organization, and operations; * Take responsibility for purchasing needs and formalize purchase requests to the relevant department; * Facilitate onboarding of new employees into the workplace; * Participate in employee hiring and termination processes when required; * Monitor station processes to ensure compliance with established standards. Compensation: * Salary + 30% hazard pay + Fuel allowance + Meal allowance
