Job Summary: IT professional with experience in software coding, testing, analysis, and design, with a focus on UX, web system modeling, and prototyping. Key Highlights: 1. Software coding, testing, and analysis experience. 2. Web system design, modeling, and prototyping. 3. Graphic design and visual identity development for applications. § Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other undergraduate program supplemented by a specialization in information technology, with a minimum workload of 360 hours; o For the UX-focused profile, alternatively to a completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, a recognized undergraduate degree in Visual Communication (Advertising, Public Relations, Design, or similar) from an institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC) is accepted. § Professional experience in software coding, software testing, software analysis and design, business analysis, data modeling, configuration management, software maintenance, or software support-related request and incident management, as specified in the table below: Minimum software engineering experience: 2 years § Proven experience in **at least four** technical competencies within one of the technical groupings, as required by the Client: § In addition to the items already listed, when emphasis is placed on a specific competency inherent to the category, additional mandatory requirements must be added, as listed below: o Experience in web system screen design, modeling, prototyping, UI design, and navigation flow, verified through employment contract, professional work record (CTPS), service duration declaration (for public servants), or equivalent documentation for freelancers, as specified in the table below. Minimum specialized experience: 2 years o Participation in specialized courses and training programs on user experience/user interface; o Publication of design work at conferences, industry events, or social media channels is recommended; o Certification predominantly focused on user experience/user interface is recommended. o Graphic design and visual identity development for applications; o Experience with rich prototyping tools such as Figma, Marvel, and others; o Development of a design system or Storybook; o Business process modeling using BPMN notation; o Development of Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular or React. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** MealVoucherFoodVoucherHealthPlan ### **Department:** Government
