Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health and safety standards **About the position:** **Responsibilities** Manage corrective and predictive maintenance at BrasilSat’s manufacturing units (CIC and Santa Cândida). Plan and control maintenance schedules across the units. Assess and manage requirements for spare parts and labor (internal and outsourced). Collaborate in preparing maintenance budgets, ensuring their compliance. Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health and safety standards. **Requirements** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or related fields. Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Manager or in equivalent roles. Advanced technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, etc.). Outstanding skills in planning, communication, sense of urgency, prioritization, and team management. Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and quality standards and regulations. Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement and performance indicators. Experience in budget management and ERP systems.
