We are seeking a professional responsible for performing operational, administrative, and maintenance activities to ensure the operational readiness of power electrical system equipment at the company’s energy production facilities and locks, in compliance with company-established standards, routines, and procedures, aiming to guarantee maximum asset availability and reliability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Know all operational, safety, environmental, and asset management procedures through regular reading and training on all relevant procedures, to comply with and enforce the company’s regulatory requirements. * Prepare and verify release documentation using the intervention management system, diagrams, and manuals, to release equipment for maintenance in accordance with operational, health and safety, and asset management procedures. * Monitor maintenance activities through field inspections to identify non-conformities related to operational, health, safety, environmental, and asset management procedures. * Record all switching operations, incidents, events, and other relevant facts using the event management system, to generate facility history and comply with legislation and company procedures. * Monitor equipment operational parameters via Supervisory and Control Systems (SCS) and field inspections, to track trends related to production and lock asset behavior. * Perform visual inspection routes using the route management system and the Work Procedure Manual (WPM), to identify failures, defects, and anomalies in assets. Open anomaly reports via the maintenance management system, to notify responsible areas for correction of identified defects. * Operate, switch, isolate, and lock local equipment using Switching Programs (SP) and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) devices, to meet local needs, Generation and Energy Operations Center (CO) requests, and release equipment for maintenance. * Operate production and lock assets under coordination of the Generation and Energy Operations Center, using SCS or any other available operation mode, to meet local and CO needs, handle contingencies, and ensure safe utilization. * Authorize service execution by issuing documents from the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), to release maintenance activities. * Interact with internal and external areas using available communication resources, to ensure proper information flow related to operational and maintenance processes. * Maintain operation-exclusive equipment in usable condition through routine inspections, to ensure safety during area activities. * Monitor overall facility condition through inspection, recording, and reporting of identified abnormalities using available tools, to ensure safe and suitable working conditions. * Activate maintenance teams for urgent or emergency incident response using available communication resources, to restore equipment or system normality as quickly as possible. * Operate gates under CO coordination using gantries, to ensure facility safety and full asset functionality. * Assess asset operational condition through analysis and interpretation of operational parameters and trends, to support decision-making. * Monitor the correction process of anomalies and defects in equipment by verifying the status of anomaly/defect reports for energy generation and lock assets in the maintenance management system, to ensure timely completion. * Perform thermographic and vibration inspection routes using the route management system and WPM, to identify failures, defects, and anomalies in assets. * Execute preventive maintenance plans assigned to maintenance technicians, as defined in the maintenance management system and following the activity-specific WPM, to ensure proper equipment functioning. * Perform autonomous maintenance activities—including minor repairs, deterioration prevention, and minor equipment improvements at energy production and lock facilities—as established in the Work Procedure Manuals (WPM), to maintain operational readiness and improve equipment performance. . **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, or Electromechanics, registered with the respective professional council; * Knowledge of hydroelectric plants is desirable; * Basic knowledge of the energy sector and hydroelectric plants; * Skills in teamwork, initiative, leadership, interpersonal relationships, and communication. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** * Willingness to reside in Ibitinga. * Willingness to travel and drive light vehicles.
