Why not join us? **Come be Orguel!** Responsibilities and Duties: **As a Construction Site Elevator Operator, your responsibilities will include:** * Inspect hoist operating conditions at the start of activities, verifying belts, steel cables, bushings, anchoring points, elevator tower components, pulleys, and other parts, in accordance with safety regulations and established operational procedures; * Operate rack-and-pinion elevators to transport materials, equipment, civil construction tools, and site personnel via control panel; * Carry out preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, tower anchoring, and replacement of worn parts when necessary; * Support your immediate supervisor on matters inherent to your area of responsibility, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining required procedures and actions. Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Requirements and Qualifications: **Minimum requirements for this position are:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Elevator operation (basic level). **The following would be advantageous:** * NR-12 training for the operating machine; * NR-18 training; * NR-35 training; * NR-6 training.
