Then discover more about the challenge we have for you! **Our Consulting Team** Elo P&I is an internal consulting practice offering strategic and analytical support oriented toward execution—structuring problems, conducting analyses and delivering outcomes, and strengthening relationships with clients and internal Elo areas to improve results. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Senior Consulting Analyst**, you will: * Participate in new product launches and card lifecycle strategies that directly translate into monetary results for clients; * Design and measure campaigns that accelerate clients’ payments business; * Successfully implement analytical models and technological assets that transform and elevate the quality and delivery of existing processes; * Develop new capabilities, skills, and knowledge within client teams across key operational areas; * Lead workstreams, potentially managing junior analysts and gaining exposure to clients; * Provide end-to-end support to consulting managers in preparing proposals, organizing presentations, and conducting analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** *For this challenge, we need you to:* * Have experience in: Strategic consulting, Strategic planning, Analytics, CRM/BI/Marketing/Risk, Analytical consulting; * Knowledge of: Lifecycle (of cards or other products), Customer strategy, Go-to-market strategy, CRM, customer research, and modeling; * Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and working knowledge of databases (SQL); * Profile: Analytical, capable of deriving business insights from quantitative analyses; practical, able to create materials and communicate in a structured manner; * Strong teamwork ability, client-facing exposure and interaction skills, proactive attitude; * Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients.
