Job Summary: Project Coordinator to lead the strategy and execution of the concessionaire project portfolio, managing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring delivery of strategic projects with governance and quality. Hands-on involvement to unblock deliveries and support the team We are seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the strategy and execution of the project portfolio for the Concessionaires business unit, managing a multidisciplinary team (Project Leaders, Project Analysts, and Functional Analysts). Your mission will be to ensure delivery of strategic projects—such as system migrations, digitalization, and automation—while guaranteeing governance, adherence to deadlines, and technical quality, acting hands-on in leading initiatives whenever necessary to unblock deliveries and support the team. **Responsibilities:** **Portfolio and Team Management:** Lead, develop, and guide the project and functional analyst team, distributing tasks and ensuring alignment of deliverables with the strategic objectives of the Concessionaires vertical; **Execution of Strategic Projects:** Manage high-complexity projects, including ERP/DMS migrations, system integrations, and deployment of new digital solutions; **Hybrid Project Management:** Apply appropriate project management methodologies for the context (Predictive/Waterfall for infrastructure and migrations; Agile/Adaptive for development and enhancements), ensuring fluidity and control; **Planning and Control (MS Project):** Develop and monitor detailed schedules, resource allocation, critical path, and baselines using MS Project as the mandatory control tool; **Hands-on Involvement:** Directly execute and lead specific projects in scenarios where a Project Leader is unavailable or during crises, diving into technical and functional details to ensure outcomes; **Lean Mindset and Process Improvement:** Map value streams, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvements to systemic processes, aiming for operational efficiency and waste reduction; **Systemic View and Integration:** Ensure new solutions interoperate with the Group’s technology ecosystem, promoting data integrity and automation of manual routines; **Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement:** Serve as the focal point between IT and the Concessionaires Executive Board, managing expectations, risks, and end-user adoption of new tools. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; Proven solid experience coordinating medium- and large-scale IT projects; Prior experience leading direct or indirect teams composed of technical analysts, functional analysts, and project leaders; Track record of involvement in software migration projects, system rollouts, or ERP implementations. **Advanced MS Project Proficiency:** Ability to create and manage complex schedules with dependencies and resource leveling; **Hybrid Project Management:** Proficiency in Predictive methodologies (PMBOK) and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban); **Technical Acumen:** Understanding of software architecture, integrations (APIs), databases, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC); **Process Knowledge:** Familiarity with process mapping and modeling (BPMN) and Lean mindset. **Desirable Qualifications:** Experience in Retail, Concessionaires, or Automotive sectors (DMS system knowledge is a strong differentiator); Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI) for project KPI management; **Certifications:** PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI; Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe); Process improvement certifications (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt); Intermediate/technical English proficiency. **Work Location:** Curitiba/PR **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00. **Additional Information:** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD).
