Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, People Management, or related fields. Intermediate Excel skills and experience working in companies with a high volume of hiring across the Northeast region (BA/SE/PE/AL/PB/RN/CE). Conduct **recruitment and selection** processes, developing strategies using various channels, such as social media and recruitment platforms. Work **closely with managers** to understand hiring needs. Perform **control and updating of employee data** in internal systems. Participate in **climate surveys**.
