Monitor the adequacy, strengthening, and functioning of the Cooperative’s Internal Controls and Compliance System, aiming to mitigate risks. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the dissemination of a compliance culture, risk management, and internal control procedures, ensuring alignment with systemic standards and methodologies. Ensure proper storage and documentation of operational losses incurred by the Credit Cooperative and its branches, with the aim of identifying and addressing root causes and impacts of recorded losses. Manage activities related to operational losses. Monitor action plans identified in risk matrices. Define, together with the Board of Directors, the risk control levels the cooperative intends to implement and assume responsibility for their implementation. Enhance the cooperative’s internal performance indicator management and risk management, reporting regularly to directors. Establish communication channels and reporting mechanisms for risk and control assessment results, as well as operational loss data, to the Board of Directors, the Board of Administration, and the Fiscal Council of the Credit Cooperative, thereby equipping senior management with decision-support information.
