As a **Mid-Level Designer**, you will be responsible for: * Creating graphic pieces. * Creating ad layouts in formats accepted by traffic platforms. * Creating social media post layouts in feed, stories, carousel, or other formats accepted by major social networks. * Designing website and landing page layouts according to the provided copy, in responsive format with a mobile-first focus, respecting limitations imposed by landing page development platforms. * Creating banners, thumbs, covers, website and email layouts, as well as other graphic pieces that do not require specialized knowledge. * Designing presentation layouts to support internal processes. Relationships and Approvals: * Provide technical support to the CS team to respond to critical client questions when requested. * Adapt designs based on client feedback, ensuring visual excellence. * Collaborate with the CS team to obtain client approval of materials. * Collaborate with the traffic team to produce pieces aligned with campaigns. * Follow explicit instructions in the copy, producing pieces that align with defined objectives. Research and Analysis: * Conduct briefings to identify client needs, tone of voice, and objectives for each piece. * Analyze clients' visual communication to support the sales and customer service teams. Organization and Communication: * Prioritize delivery quality and ensure timely completion. * Manage backup copies of created files within the Google Drive folder. * Keep ClickUp updated and communicate clearly and objectively on Slack, ensuring internal alignment. **Requirements:** * Advanced Photoshop; * Figma. * Creation of ads, posts, and landing pages. * Banners, thumbnails, covers, and responsive design. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Illustrator (desirable); * Previous experience in a digital marketing agency. * Experience in digital launches is a plus. **That said, we offer:** * PJ hiring model (freelance/self-employed). * Remote work arrangement. **Interested?
