We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator responsible for operating equipment such as crawler tractors, excavators, backhoes, and compactors, ensuring proper operation and maintenance of the equipment. The professional will be responsible for following safety procedures, conducting pre-operation inspections, performing earthmoving, excavation, and material handling tasks, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization at the worksite. Previous experience operating heavy machinery and a valid driver's license (Class D) are required. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts is necessary. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Operate machinery such as excavators, tractors, backhoes, and similar equipment. 2\. Conduct daily inspections of machines, checking operational and safety conditions. 3\. Perform excavation, leveling, grading, and material handling tasks. 4\. Interpret and follow instructions from engineering plans and project drawings. 5\. Skillfully operate machine controls to ensure safe and efficient performance. 6\. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, reporting issues to the supervisor. 7\. Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring compliance with safety procedures. 8\. Maintain the condition of machines and equipment, keeping them clean and in good working order. 9\. Follow workplace safety regulations, using recommended PPE and preventing accidents. 10\.
