Requirements: * Completed high school education (an advantage: currently enrolled in or having completed a technical or higher education program in IT or related fields); * Basic computer skills (Windows, internet, Microsoft Office); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn; * Prior experience in the field is not required.
