**Job Description:** ---------------------- The IT Intern will support Infrastructure and Systems Analysts in daily activities, contributing to the operation, organization, and evolution of DGT's IT environment. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical Skills Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer networks. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Fundamentals of end-user technical support: equipment configuration, resolution of basic hardware and software issues. Interest in information security, network infrastructure, and corporate systems. Desirable: basic programming logic or automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar). Analytical Skills Attention to detail for logging and tracking incidents, assets, and inventories. Organizational ability to maintain documentation, spreadsheets, and controls up to date. Technical curiosity: genuine interest in understanding how systems and infrastructure operate. Behavioral Skills Proactivity and willingness to learn in a dynamic technical environment. Responsibility and punctuality in completing tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for courteous and clear internal user support. Discretion and commitment to safeguarding company confidential information. Teamwork: ability to collaborate with diverse technical profiles. Requirements Education Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, or related fields. Preferably from the 2nd semester onward. Availability for in-person internship in Estância Velha \- RS. **Desirable Qualifications:** -------------------------- Responsibilities Support and User Assistance Assist in handling internal IT helpdesk tickets, supporting users in resolving issues related to equipment, systems, and everyday tools. Assist in configuring, preparing, and maintaining equipment (laptops, desktops, peripherals). Log incidents and events in IT management systems (ClickUp and/or service desk tool to be implemented). Infrastructure and Inventory Management Support the Infrastructure Analyst in routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and equipment updates. Assist in maintaining the IT asset inventory: laptops, network devices, servers, and peripherals. Support physical IT asset management, including equipment check-in and check-out control. Systems and Tools Support the Systems Analyst in system configuration, testing, and validation tasks for corporate systems. Assist in IT onboarding and offboarding processes: equipment preparation, creation of basic access accounts, and support for new employee integration. Support process analysis, documentation, and creation of system usage guides and workflows. Information Security and Governance Participate in information security and LGPD awareness initiatives led by the IT team. Support the team in collecting evidence, updating control spreadsheets, and maintaining compliance records.
