Ensure compliance with accounting practices and corporate governance. **Senior Business Analyst – Joinville/SC** **Are you looking for a new opportunity in your professional career?** The Tissue BA Business Finance team in Joinville has this opportunity to join the Controller’s Office team. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Manage management accounting and prepare reports for the unit(s) under your responsibility. * Act as a business partner with company departments by providing financial information and business analysis. * Develop and prepare financial projections and business performance forecasts (annual/monthly) for unit(s) management. * Provide and prepare financial information related to orders received, billing, product/project margins, capacity cost, hourly rate calculation, monitor absorption, and identify root causes of impacts. * Prepare and analyze monthly operational results of the unit(s) against plan, preparing financial performance reports. * Perform monthly closings and postings related to IFRS calculations and reporting to Head Office. * Ensure compliance with and implementation of accounting practices, rules and regulations (SOX, CAPEX, IAS/IFRS, US GAAP, etc.) and corporate governance practices. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting. * Solid knowledge of management accounting and international standards (IAS/IFRS, US GAAP). * Experience in financial planning, business analysis and budgetary control. * Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, HFM, etc.) and advanced Excel. * Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance practices. * Ability to develop management reports and financial dashboards. **Behavioral (Soft Skills):** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Ability to work as a strategic partner with business areas. * Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly. * Proactivity and data-driven decision-making. * Organization and priority management in dynamic environments. **Languages:** * Advanced English (desirable for reporting and interaction with Head Office). **We Offer** We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and provides development opportunities.
