Job Summary: The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for the entire procurement cycle of parts, supplies, and services for maintenance, aiming for optimal cost-benefit ratio and operational agility. Key Highlights: 1. Quotation management and strategic negotiation with suppliers. 2. Operating the ERP system to create and track purchase orders. 3. Supplier development and logistics control. Position at Santa Maria Ecologic: The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for the entire procurement cycle of parts, supplies, and services related to corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery, equipment, and vehicles. The primary focus is achieving the best cost\-benefit ratio, timely fulfillment of Requisition Orders (R.O.), and compliance with internal processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Quotation Management:** Prepare detailed quotations for replacement parts for heavy machinery, industrial equipment, and vehicles (light and heavy-duty). * **Strategic Negotiation:** Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers to reduce costs and ensure technical quality. * **Purchase Order Workflow:** Operate the ERP system to create purchase orders, monitor approval workflows, and track deliveries (follow\-up). * **R.O. (Requisition Order) Analysis:** Review and validate technical team requirements, ensuring part specifications are accurate prior to procurement. * **Supplier Development:** Identify new partners and maintain an updated supplier database, focusing on maintenance parts distributors. * **Logistics Control:** Coordinate with the warehouse regarding part receipt and verify invoices against issued purchase orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Prior experience in purchasing, with mandatory focus on **maintenance, machinery parts, or the automotive sector**. * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with nomenclature for equipment and vehicle parts and components. * **Skills:** Assertive negotiation, logical reasoning for indicator analysis, and process-oriented organization. * **Systems:** Proficiency in management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel). **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00\. * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 28.00/day. * **Fuel Allowance:** Up to R$ 500.00 (proportional to commuting distance). * **Healthcare:** Health and Dental Plans (Unimed). * **Insurance:** Life Insurance. * **Incentives:** Basic Food Basket (Attendance Bonus) and Maternity Food Basket.
