Responsible for strengthening and maintaining relationships with partners of the “Troco” (Change) project and monitoring non-operational revenue results generated by this partnership, as well as supervising promoters conducting institutional visits to partner stores. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop relationships with partners; gain deeper understanding of our partners; maintain regular contact; visit key partners; conduct meetings (design, approve, and implement initiatives); * Conduct and analyze monthly performance results for all “Troco” partners to update internal departmental documents; * Monitor all institutional requests originating from partners—including partner requests for assistance for their employees and family members at IMP; * Conduct, verify, and analyze promoter performance results monthly to visualize achieved outcomes; * Monitor sales promoters on-site monthly to track promoter development; * Analyze monthly survey results conducted with partners regarding promoter visits; * Prepare and support external and internal accountability reporting for performance evaluation and accounting control; * Design and implement monthly incentive initiatives to enhance existing projects (design, propose, approve, monitor, verify results, and present); * Promote monthly institutional campaigns among partners and stakeholders via phone calls, email, and in-person visits (e.g., Pink October, Blue November, Orange December); * Develop monthly strategies for distributing promotional items in stores during promoter visits; * Prepare monthly reports and presentations for the Executive Board and other departments, or as needed; * Collaborate with internal departments to support our workflows, initiatives, and projects; * Analyze existing workflows and propose improvements, including associated KPIs; * Design and deliver monthly training sessions for promoters, aligned with operational needs and performance goals; * Conduct critical analysis of institutional KPIs; enter results into Interact; and monitor preparation of departmental documentation with the Quality team; * Monitor contract processes with partner companies; * Weekly schedule promoter visits to “Troco” partners; * Accompany donor/partner/supplier visits to the institution, as needed; * Obtain quotations for components, promotional items, and materials for incentive campaigns; Perform other related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Marketing, or Logistics; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Relevant professional experience.
