Register and submit your resume! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare coffee and refill water bottles across all departments; * Prepare snacks and juices for patients according to medical prescriptions; * Prepare breakfast cakes for patients and staff/physicians; * Wash and sanitize coffee bottles and meal trays; * Clean and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, ovens, stoves, and other kitchen equipment; * Monitor and assess freezer and refrigerator temperatures; * Receive lunch and dinner from the central kitchen, verifying meal temperature and quantity, then portion meals for each steward to deliver; * Blend, portion, and deliver liquidized diets (lunch and dinner) to stewards for patient distribution; * Organize the department and sanitize all materials used during the shift: pitchers, trays, pots, blenders, etc., as well as the work environment; * Sanitize hot boxes used to transport patient meals (lunch and dinner) from the central kitchen to the hospital; * Refill 20-liter water jugs in departments upon request; * Comply with the company’s Good Manufacturing Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as applicable to your area of responsibility, and current legislation. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a 12x36 rotating schedule\. **Unit:** Octaviano Neves Maternity Hospital \- Belo Horizonte/MG **What We Offer?** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Partnerships and discounts with educational institutions; * TotalPass (partnership with gyms); * Career growth opportunities.
