




Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining bar organization, cleanliness, and restocking, managing logistics and operations within the department to ensure smooth functioning and prompt customer service. Supporting the waitstaff team and ensuring prompt customer service Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Responsible for maintaining bar organization, cleanliness, and restocking, managing logistics and operations within the department. Handles inventory control, product expiration tracking, replenishment of supplies, and support for the waitstaff team, ensuring smooth functioning and prompt customer service. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Monitor utensils, ice, and other products to prevent losses and waste; * Replenish beverages and utensils as needed; * Manage bar operations logistics to ensure continuous supply; * Monitor product expiration dates, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle; * Sort beverages according to orders printed from the bar printer; * Manage keg connection and disconnection for draft beer, serving per orders; * Conduct beverage and bar inventory counts (daily and weekly) upon request; * Maintain a clean, organized, and functional work area, including the cold room and other bar-related areas; * Safeguard all utensils and equipment used in the bar; * Properly use PPE and comply with safety and hygiene regulations; * Continuously assess department needs to ensure optimal operation; * Perform other related tasks as directed by management.
