




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling fleet maintenance, managing service orders, and preparing technical reports. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and scheduling of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. 2. Opening, tracking, and closing of service orders (SOs). 3. Preparation of technical and managerial reports for decision-making. **MAINTENANCE CONTROLLER** **Location:** Cinquentenário\-BH **Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for the fleet. * Open, track, and close service orders (SOs), ensuring complete and accurate records. * Ensure adherence to maintenance plans within defined deadlines. * Monitor budgets, approvals, and execution of internal and external services. * Control procurement of parts, filters, oils, and materials required for maintenance. * Monitor technical support requests and control service-level agreement (SLA) compliance. * Prepare technical and managerial reports to support decision-making by coordination and management. * Perform entry and exit checklists for machines entering and leaving the workshop. * Track pending items, inspections, and manufacturer technical campaigns. * Maintain organization and accuracy of system data (ERP / Sisloc or similar). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Currently pursuing a technical course * Experience with Excel * Flexible working hours * Proven experience in this role * Familiarity with parts catalogs and equipment manuals. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (banked hours, 60-day cycle) **Salary:** R$ 2\.500 **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance (R$ 23.00\), * Transportation allowance, Fuel assistance, * Health insurance (Unimed), * Dental insurance (Bradesco Seguros), * Life insurance, * Total Pass, * Pharmacy assistance.
