The professional must lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Engage and prospect clients (existing and new); * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals; * Lead negotiations to close sales; * Maintain client relationships to ensure retention; * Monitor client demands and needs; * Record and update commercial information; * Collaborate with technical departments to enable service delivery; * Identify opportunities for new business. **Requirements:** * Experience in sales (preferably technical or industrial); * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organized and proactive; * Basic computer literacy; * Preferred: experience with technical services (maintenance, equipment, etc.). **Important Note (Scope of Work):** This professional will be hired for a role **primarily internal**, performing commercial activities within the company. However, depending on operational needs and the organization's commercial strategy, the professional may be assigned to **external activities**, particularly for technical negotiations, client visits, and contract closing, using resources provided by the company.
